Olesha Haskett is an engaging international speaker, keynote presenter, photography educator, founder, international boudoir photographer, and published author. With a Bachelor of Fine Art and a Master’s in Business Administration, Olesha brings over 12 years of professional photography experience and a wealth of knowledge in creative industries, leadership, and cultural competency.

In 2019, Olesha founded The Coterie Noir, formerly Boudoir for Black Womxn, an educational community dedicated to uplifting and celebrating Black boudoir photographers worldwide. This groundbreaking platform creates opportunities for collaboration, visibility, and mentorship, fostering a mission of community over competition. Highlights include:

Pioneering Culturally Competent Certification
In 2023, Olesha launched the Coterie Credential Program (CCP), a first-of-its-kind certification for boudoir photographers dedicated to capturing Black women authentically and without bias. This comprehensive program covers essential topics such as:
- Black feminism and intersectionality
- Ethical considerations in retouching
- Colorism, body positivity, and allyship in photography
